Change billing frequency

1. Go to the specific customer's page.

How to access the customer's page

1. Select the Customers module from the top navigation bar.
2. Enter the desired customer's name in the Search Customer field.
   
   Alternatively, select Name to reveal a dropdown list of other search options. You can also search for a customer by his or her Ezypay No. or Reference No.
3. Press Enter.
4. If there is only one customer matching your search criteria, then you will be directed directly to the customer's page.
   
   If there are more than one customers matching your search criteria, then you will see a list of names. Select the desired name.

2. In the customer's page, select Change Billing Instruction.

3. In the pop-up window:
   
   You can view the current debit instruction at the top of the pop-up window.
   
   
   1. If the regular debit amount need to be changed due to the change in frequency, then enter the new Amount.
   2. Select the new mode of Frequency (Day/Week/Month) and then enter the frequency interval number.
   3. In the Notes field, enter the reason for the change.
   4. Once all the required fields (*) are entered, the orange Save Changes button will be activated. If it doesn't, select anywhere on the pop-up window to activate it.
      
      Select Save Changes to save the new end billing date.

4. In the debit listings, check that all future debits correctly reflect the new frequency and amount.

2. In the customer's page, select the required Pending Regular Debit. This would be the first debit in which you want the revised frequency to take effective onwards.

How to reveal more future debits

Select Show more future above the debit listings.

3. In the pop-up window, select Edit.
   Reminder: Ensure you have selected the correct debit by double checking the customer's name, debit amount, and debit date.

4. In the Edit Debit section:
   1. For Changes applied to, select the option to apply changes to "All debits from this point onwards".
   2. Select the new mode of Frequency (Day/Week/Month) and then enter the frequency interval number. For example, changing the billing from every 1 week to every 2 weeks or from every 2 weeks to every 1 month.
   3. If required, enter the new Regular Payment amount. For example, you may want to change the billing from $5.00 every 1 Week to $10.00 Every 2 Weeks.
      
   4. Select Save Changes.

5. A confirmation message appears to indicate that the debit has been updated. Select Close to close the pop-up window.

6. In the debit listings, check that all future debits, from the selected debit onwards, correctly reflect the new amount.
