Change a debit date

Here's what you can do via Ezypay Online when it comes to changing the date for a particular debit.

 

Follow these steps.

  1. Go to the specific customer's page.
  1. In the customer's page, select the required Pending Regular Debit or Rebill.

  1. In the pop-up window, select Edit.
    Reminder: Ensure you have selected the correct debit by double checking the customer's name, debit amount, and debit date.

  2. In the Edit Debit section:
    1. For When, select the date field to pick a new date.
    2. For Changes applied to, retain the default option of "This debit only". This means the change will not affect other future debits.
    1. Select Save Changes.

  3. A confirmation message appears to indicate that the debit has been updated. Select Close to close the pop-up window.
