End billing immediately

A customer's billing will run continuously (ongoing with no end) or end automatically as specified. Either way, you can still stop or cancel the billing right now if required or requested. Doing so means all future billing will not be processed for the customer and it is effective immediately.

 

  1. Go to the specific customer's page.
  1. In the customer's page, select End Billing Now.

  2. In the pop-up window, select Confirm.

The customer's page will indicate that the billing has ended.
