End billing at a specific requested date

A customer's billing will run continuously (ongoing with no end) or end automatically as specified. Either way, you can still stop the billing on a newly requested date. Doing so means future billing will continue to be processed until the specified date.

 

  1. Go to the specific customer's page.
  1. In the customer's page, select Change Billing Instruction.

  2. In the pop-up window, select the End option of After <a specified date>.

  3. Select the date field to reveal the date picker and then select the required date.
  4. In the Notes field, enter the reason for the change.
  1. Once all the required fields (*) are entered, the orange Save Changes button will be activated. If it doesn't, select anywhere on the pop-up window to activate it.
    Select Save Changes to save the new end billing date.

The customer's page will now indicate the new end date.
