Remove a user's access

If a user has left your organisation or business, you should remove their access to Ezypay Online. You won't be able to delete the user from the system but you can set the user's status to Inactive so that they will no longer be able to log in. You can re-activate the user's access at any time.

The ability to change a user's status depends on your access level. See User roles and permissions.

 

  1. Go to the Users page.
  2. Select the user's Name.
  3. In section B) User Information of the user's page, select the Status as Inactive.

  4. Select Save Changes.

A confirmation message appears at the top. The user will no longer be able to log in to Ezypay Online.
