Online signup settings

You will receive an email notification each time a new customer has signed up online. The notification is sent to your business email registered with Ezypay. If you wish for this notification to be sent to another email address, then you will need to configure the Online Signup email notification settings. Each business will be able to set their own email notification address.

The steps are very simple.

  1. Go to the Online Signup tab in the Business Settings module.
    Click on your name at the upper right of the screen and select Business Settings from the dropdown list.
  2. In the Online Signup Notification Email field, enter a valid email address.

  3. Press the Enter or Tab key.
  4. Select Save to save the email address.
