If you have forgotten your Username, ask your Organisation/Business Administrator or any Level 2 users in your organisation. They will be able to check your username from Ezypay Online.
Steps to identify a user's Username:
If you require the Username in order to reset your password, then you have two options to choose from as your next step.
If you are the Organisation Administrator and the one and only user in your organisation, then contact us for help. You will need to provide us your organisation name and email address.
