Payment Plans
When you create a payment plan, you are dictating the details of the customer's direct debit instruction. So a payment plan can be liken to a template in which the type, amount, date and frequency of the debits are fixed.
Benefits of payment plans to your business:
- You can easily make it available for your customers to sign up online on their own. See topic: Online signup.
- Faster and more accurate data entry when adding customers to the system.
- Eliminate the need to calculate payment instruction using the calendar.
- Enabling your Level 1 users to add customers into the system. See topic: User roles and permissions.
- All users will be able to see what plan or subscription the customer has signed up for.
From the Payment Plans page, you can perform the following tasks.
Note: Level 1 users do not have access to the Payment Plans module.
